Are you a talented Senior Analyst? This role will design, develop, and support software applications and data reporting systems while establishing and supporting ServeMinnesota’s newly formed IT department. This role is split evenly between hands-on application and analytics work (70%) and IT leadership and governance (30%).
This position will be essential in implementing the organization’s IT technology strategy recommendations, developing cybersecurity policies and IT procedures, and managing the department’s budget and infrastructure. Simultaneously, the role will continue development and maintenance software application including Knack applications, Power BI dashboards, and data processes that support our AmeriCorps programs and internal operations. Designed for hybrid work schedule the Senior Analyst, Information Systems is required to be in the office a minimum of two days per week.
Essential Job Functions
Application Development, Data Systems, and Reporting (70%)
Build, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports using SQL, Power Query, and DAX.
Serve as the primary technical contact for staff regarding internal data systems and reporting.
Carry out business analysis across teams to understand business needs, gather requirements, and develop scalable, user-friendly data tools.
IT, Cybersecurity, and Strategy (30%)
Lead efforts in backup and recovery, data privacy, and secure access management.
